Piedmontese cattle originated in the Piedmontese region of Northern Italy and were brought to the U.S. in the early 1980′s.  Piedmontese cattle contain a naturally occurring myostatin gene mutation, which results in meat tenderness that cannot be matched by any other breed of cattle.  Visit http://www.pauscattle.org to learn more about Piedmontese cattle.

We offer our beef in quantities of 1/4, 1/2, whole, or individual cuts.

$2.00 per pound hanging weight plus processing (USDA Certified)

T-bone Steak  $12 per pound

Porterhouse Steak  $14 per pound

Ribeye Steak  $12 per pound

Sirloin Steak – $8.50 per pound

Chuck Roast – $5 per pound

Sirloin Tip Roast – $8.50 per pound

Hamburger – $6 per pound

Hamburger Patties 1/4lb 4 per package $6 per pound

Ground Beef Sausage  $6 per pound
